We want to Invite you to the 3rd Annual  ” No Holding Back ” Conference at The Garden of Grace in Winter Park Fl. NHB 2012 is hosted by Steve and Christine Rebuck, at The Garden.

This 2 day conference, will emphasize ” Kingdom Consciousness “.  Divine Praise will be leading us in Praise and Worship. You are scheduled to hear from anointed speakers including, Pastors Red & Debi Winderweedle from The Garden of Grace, as well as, Local Teacher and Minister, Marcia Hendricks.

There is a $15 dollar fee for this event. This includes the Friday night, and Saturday sessions, as well as, lunch on Saturday. If you preregister, you also will receive a T-Shirt. Soft Lighting and Pure Worship leads to an intimate and powerful experience of God’s presence on Friday nights at The Garden of Grace. This is not a time of teaching or preaching. It is not a time of shouting and hollering. It is not about a muscian or a ministry, but is simply a time of God centered worship and praise. It is a time to be refreshed. It is a time to be prepared. It is a time to press in. We invite you to join with us for this unique and moving worship experience. We begin at 7:30 pm.

How often has someone said to you, ” just have faith “  as if faith was something you could manufacture. Most of us would agree, that faith is a good thing. Many of us would agree, that we need more faith. Some would even say  that a faith filled life, is a great thing.

But how do we get there ???

I can’t give you faith… no one can. I can encourage you in your faith, but I can not make you have faith. No one can sell you faith, but you can buy tools to aid you in your faith. You don’t just wake up one day with faith, but Faith does happen. You can find it, you can lose it, and You can even fake it. But real faith, life altering faith, comes from with in you.

So, HOW does faith happen ?

In  Romans 10:17 (KJV) we read,

“So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.”

 This is a process. To have faith, we need to understand the process.

 First, a little foundation. We must understand, that in the bible, there are two different words which refer to the “word of God”. They are logos, and rhema. Logos, is the word of God that we read and hear. Rhema is a specific portion of God’s word, that becomes personal and alive, to us. In Romans 10:17, it is Rhema.

I can not give you Rhema… no one can. I can give you Logos. But, You have to get your own Rhema. Once you have Rhema, you can grow faith.

Through the knowledge of, and the exposure to, the Logos, you open the door to experience (to hearing) the Rhema. The Rhema births Faith in us. The expression of that Faith, leads us to an experience. These experiences, forever, change our lives…

Think about it this way. If you passed someone on the street, and they told you that there was a man two blocks over, who was handing out $ 100 dollar bills, you would probably just think, “yeah, right”, and just keep walking. That is a perfectly natural reaction in the world that we live in. However, if 100 people walked past you, and said, there is a man two blocks over, and he is handing out $ 100 dollar bills, and some of them even showed you their $ 100 dollar bill, odds are, at some point, you would say, “wow, I believe that someone really is handing out $ 100 dollar bills…” and not only that, I imagine that you would walk that two blocks, to EXPERIENCE your own $ 100 dollar bill.

So, here’s the deal. For some folks, they would start to believe, after only a few people told them. For others, they would believe ( have faith ) after they heard it 25 times. For others, they might need to hear it 50 or 75 times, but at some point, the ‘word’ would become REAL to them. It would go from Logos ( a statement ) to Rhema ( a living word ). It is the Rhema word, the Living Word, that changes our lives forever. After all, once you have your $ 100 dollar bill, it would be really hard for someone to convince you that no one was giving away $ 100 dollar bills.

This is how our faith works. First, we have to hear the word of God, and then come to some level of understanding of that word. For some of us, it happens quickly. For others, it takes hearing over and over and over. But if we listen long enough, at some point, we start to believe. And once we start to believe, it unlocks the power of Faith in our lives. It is thru faith, that we receive all of the promises and blessings of God. Faith leads to experience. An experience unlike any other. There is no comparison.

Once a person experiences the True Power and Presence of the Kingdom of God, it forever changes them. It is unmistakable.

God has called us at The Garden of Grace to be a teaching and healing center. After all, it is thru the knowledge of God and His Word, that we develop true faith, and that true faith leads us to experience eternal changes.

Always remember, God’s love for you is enormous, and completely sufficient to meet your every need. In Christ Jesus, we are complete. His love is all encompassing, and unfailing. God is Holy, and He is able to perform all His promises to us.

You are His beloved, and He has created you for a life of purpose.
